·      Training provided by Six Degrees hostel, Cikini, Jakarta and Donal Hayden (English curriculum)

·      The hostel and hub will be operated by promising members of the community who can take over decision making by committee or other suitably inclusive process

·      Business model will be designed for scalability and the skills acquired through participation in the project will be transferable to other situations
